Eco Fish is a passion project inspired by both our love of Fish! and the everlasting yearning of MacCurtain Street foodies longing for another Fish & Chip shop! Eco is an already established brand in the Marina Market, as well as Douglas with the influence of Dave and Chris - both veterans in their own regard, as chefs and restaurateurs assisted by a Norrie returning to Cork following his stints in Michelin restaurants in Dublin and London. All with one goal in mind, to elevate and serve a dish so eloquently simple yet, rarely perfect, a Fish & Chips...

At Eco Fish, everything is fresh and homemade! Our fish is sourced locally and delivered fresh every single day. We make all of the sauces and sides in-house from our tartar to our curry, and even our spice mix. Not to mention everything aside from our brioche buns is Gluten-Free! We pride ourselves on the freshness and quality for our fish and chips, a promise we refuse to break to each and every customer.
